These "Terms of Service" (hereinafter - Terms) define the procedure for using the "DevSMS" service.
1.1. By using the service, you confirm your full agreement with these terms.
1.2. We reserve the right to change the terms of service at any time without prior notice.
2.1. The service is intended only for lawful purposes, sending technical notifications (verification codes, system messages).
2.2. Sending spam, fraudulent, or offensive SMS messages is strictly prohibited. If such cases are detected, the account will be blocked without warning.
3.1. For each successfully sent SMS, 200 UZS is deducted from the balance.
3.2. Funds deposited to the balance are used to pay for services and are non-refundable.
4.1. We are committed to protecting users' personal data.
4.2. Phone numbers and sent messages are not shared with third parties.
5.1. The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for technical failures.
5.2. The user is fully responsible for the content of sent messages.
6.1. Users who violate the rules may be blocked without warning.
6.2. The remaining balance on a blocked account is not refunded.
