# DevSMS

> DevSMS is an independent SMS platform for businesses and developers in Uzbekistan: its own REST API, template moderation, bulk campaigns, a phone-based SMS gateway and voice OTP. SMS are delivered to subscribers of all mobile operators in Uzbekistan (Beeline, Ucell, Mobiuz, Uzmobile, Humans).

DevSMS (devsms.uz) is operated by MYSTAR LLC (Uzbekistan). DevSMS is an independent SMS platform with its own API, template moderation and voice OTP; SMS are delivered to every mobile operator in Uzbekistan (Beeline, Ucell, Mobiuz, Uzmobile, Humans, Perfectum), or from the customer's own Android phone (phone gateway). Customers pay per SMS part from a prepaid balance (top up with Payme or Click); there is no mandatory subscription fee. The website and support are available in Uzbek, Russian and English.

- Uzbek: DevSMS — O'zbekistondagi bizneslar va dasturchilar uchun mustaqil SMS platforma: o'z REST API'si, shablon moderatsiyasi, guruhli jo'natmalar, telefon orqali SMS shlyuzi va ovozli OTP. SMS O'zbekistonning barcha mobil operatorlariga (Beeline, Ucell, Mobiuz, Uzmobile, Humans) yetkaziladi.
- Russian: DevSMS — независимая SMS-платформа для бизнеса и разработчиков в Узбекистане: собственный REST API, модерация шаблонов, массовые рассылки, SMS-шлюз через телефон и голосовой OTP. SMS доставляются абонентам всех мобильных операторов Узбекистана (Beeline, Ucell, Mobiuz, Uzmobile, Humans).

template approval 50 000 UZS one-time, SMS via your own phone (device gateway) 15 UZS per SMS. There is no mandatory subscription fee.

Optional plans (the SMS price above is the same on every plan):
- Start: free; API 120 send requests/min; voice OTP 100 UZS per call.
- Pro: 49 000 UZS/month (490 000 UZS/year); cashback 5% of SMS spend; API 300 send requests/min; voice OTP 90 UZS per call.
- Business: 199 000 UZS/month (1 990 000 UZS/year); cashback 10% of SMS spend; API 1500 send requests/min; voice OTP 80 UZS per call.
